This is the only place in Ebisu open until late at night, so we have no choice but to go here.

It’s suitable for talking with an artist one-on-one, but the raw whitebait appetizer is really something I’d rather not have.
It’s always mushy and not tasty.

Since it’s not a cheap place, if there were other places open late at night, I would definitely go there instead.
